This nimble-fingered artist makes clever ship-in-a-bottle style ornaments from recycled junk. Rommel Cadion, 36, from Muntinlupa City, the Philippines creates miniature artworks out of scrap materials and bottles he finds in scrap yards and junk shops. Rommel focuses his art on using materials that normally would be considered trash by many. He started doing these types of work after their local council had a garbage problem and everyone was asked to recycle as much as they can.
