A powerful 6.9 magnitude quake was felt in Indonesia on July 7.

The shaking caused panic in the city of Ternate in Maluku islands which is close to the quake's epicenter.

Business centers, hospitals, and homes were evacuated after a tsunami warning was released.

A video taken in Ternate during the incident shows people scrambling in the middle of the road as massive traffic started to build up on the highway.

The tsunami warning was later lifted by the authorities and no major damage was reported.
