Albie Sachs praises Old SA flag ruling
Former Judge of the Constitutional court of south Africa, Justice Albie Sachs has praised the ruling of The Equality Court on Wednesday ( 210819) ruled the gratuitous display of the apartheid-era flag constituted hate speech.
Sachs said the judgement was firm and incisive.
