This man has been targeted by an unlikely enemy for the past three years- a crow.

It may sound bizarre, but according to Shiva Kevat, a resident of the Shivpuri district in the central Indian state Madhya Pradesh, a vengeful crow has been targeting him for the past three year's to avenge the death of its young.

"I am scared to step out from home during the daytime. The crows brutally attack me and sometimes even injure me," stated Shiva.

It all happened three years ago, when Shiva was returning to Badarwas village in Shivpuri, spotted a raven trapped in a net.

Shiva rushed to save the bird but it succumbed to its injuries very soon.

A herd of crows spotted the sight and one has been after him since them.

At first, Shiva, who works at a hotel in Badarwas, could not understand the reason for this unusual revenge.

But later he recollected the past incident and since today he strongly believes that the crow have been chasing him to exact revenge.

Crows are usually considered to be one of the smartest creatures in the world. They are admired for their intelligence and are known to outsmart even human beings.

They are said to have a good memory, and can even remember human faces for a long period of time.
