He's only two and still wears nappies but SK Shahid has become a viral sensation in India thanks to videos showing him performing an array of impressive cricket shots.

The tiny boy can be seen in a video filmed by his father moving his feet around an imaginary crease in his home in Kolkata to hit some remarkable cover drives and straight drives.

Former England batsman Kevin Pietersen saw the video on social media and expressed awe at the boy's batting skills and asked India captain Virat Kohli if he would consider picking the toddler for the national team.

"WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Get him in your squad, @virat.kohli! Can you pick him?!?!" Pietersen wrote.

Kohli responded acknowledging the "unreal" talent the lad possesses.

"Where's he from??? He's unreal," Kohli wrote.

This 2.8 year old child named SK Shahid is a new viral sensation these days ...this small dyper cricketer has amazed many celebrities cricketerd from his classic cricketing shots ..resident of Dihala area in city of Kolkata ,Shahid can be seen using his legs perfectly to play shots ..this video was recorded by his father SK Shamsher on 20th October 2019 . Samsher says that when he first say his son playing such a good shots ,he was amazed to see . I want my son to be a cricketer and play for country .
