This is the adorable moment of a four-year old girl celebrates her birthday - by giving her mother a foot wash.

Patsaraphon Klaisuban was celebrating with her daughter, Ingfah, on December 20 in Nakhon Prathom, central Thailand.

The toddler carried a basket of water to her mother and said she wanted to thank her for giving birth and taking care of her.

Ingfah told her mom: "Today is my birthday. I want to wash your feet like you did for grandma."

Patsaraphon could not hold her tears back, with Ingfah asking her: "Why are you crying mom?"

Ingfah later gave her a handkerchief and continue washing her mother's feet, a sign of deep respect for older relatives.

Patsaraphon said it was such a blissful moment of being a mother. She said: ''I'm so proud of my little girl. She said she will do it next year, too.''
