Indonesia's Padang City Work Office have manufactured 24,000 masks for medical personnel working at West Sumatra hospitals.

West Sumatra's six latest coronavirus cases have all been medical personnel.

Riswanto, the head of the Padang office, said, "in addition to masks, he and dozens of his workers will also make personal protective clothing for the medical team and disinfectant spraying containers in front of the building entrance."

He added that "he and the team have also received orders to make masks for free for a number of professions in the forefront facing COVID-19 such as the police and army."
