In the video filmed in Chongqing city, a fire broke out in a high-rise apartment with thick black smoke rising up into the sky. On the road, some people were seen turning over a car to make way for the fire truck.

It is reported that the fire was extinguished without any injuries or casualties, and the drivers who parked their vehicles and blocked the road would face a penalty.
