Cruel neighbours get three-year-old boy drunk by forcing him to drink wine
Parents were furious after their three-year-old son was made to drink wine by his drunk neighbours.
Footage shows the two older men pouring the alcohol into a plastic glass which the toddler then gulps down.
Shockingly, he then staggers across the yard before falling over in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, on August 22.
The two men can be heard laughing as the child struggled back to his feet because he was so dizzy.
Officers received complaints from the boy's parents over the behaviour of the neighbours and arrested Firman Effendi, 20, and Muh Rifky Hendra,19, on Sunday (Aug 23) evening. They reportedly admitted giving alcohol to the boy.
East Luwu Police Chief Indratmoko said: "Both of them don't have jobs. So, they just get drunk and fool around.
''We don't know why they did this but we will interview them to find out. They were both shocked, did not think they would be arrested for this incident.''
The two men were taken to the local police station for questioning while the boy is safe at home with his parents in Timampu village, Towuti district.
