Parts of northern Vietnam have been deluged with flash floods causing some villages to become partially submerged.

Footage from Yen Bai shows the extent of the floods in the early hours of September 14.

Many homes were swept away and some people were many were injured after 10 hours of flooding battered the area.

Video captured the moment of Flash floods suddenly attacked the village during the night, causing everyone to move to the rooftops in Yen Bai, Viet Nam.
According to witnesses, Everyone was sleeping when they heard loud noises coming from the mountain. Flood water began to pour into the village. People quickly moved to the rooftops to avoid the terrible floodwater swept away everything.
The flash flood was quite unexpected, causing people to be unprepared, and they helplessly watched the floodwaters sweep everything away.
According to reports, Flash floods damaged hundreds of houses, and thousands of livestock were swept away. Hundreds of hectares of crops have been destroyed. Some people were injured.
