Scooter rider narrowly escapes being run over by truck in China
A scooter rider narrowly avoided serious injuries after being knocked down by a truck in southern China.
The CCTV video, shot in the city of Pingguo in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on March 20, shows a truck knocking over a scooter and then dragging it forward for several metres.
The scooter rider named Ma was seen scrambling out of the way to avoid being run over by the truck.
The scooter was damaged and Ma suffered minor soft tissue contusion.
The truck driver was blamed for the incident.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
