East Jakarta Fire Department Evacuates a Body Weighing 300 kg
Jakarta Firefighters from the East Jakarta Sub-dept. of Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) assisted in the funeral of a young man with the initials AF (25), a resident of Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta
Head of the Operations Section of the East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Gatot Sulaeman, said that the assistance was due to the difficulty of doing the funeral process for residents.
Residents could not evacuate because the body weighed about 300 kilograms, so they asked the firefighters for help to evacuate them to the grave
Although during the evacuation process, East Jakarta Firefighters wore personal protective equipment (PPE), Gatot ensured that AF did not die in a confirmed state of Covid-19.
