Indian man demonstrates how to safely catch venomous snakes without touching them
A man in Bangalore, Karnataka, demonstrates how he catches venomous snakes without having to touch them.
Yatin Kalki filmed this demonstration of the pipe-and-bag method used to capture a venomous Russell's viper.
The filmer told us: "Venomous snakes often enter houses in India and need to be relocated. This is a safe and efficient method of capturing a venomous snake for relocation."
He added: "One thing that I make sure of is to stay out of the reptile's strike range. So, I would advise the same to anyone following this method."
This footage was filmed at the filmer's house in Bangalore, India in July 2017.
