BRUTAL ACCIDENT: Two Moped Riders Crash Into Each Other At Intersection
A moped rider on the opposite side of the road takes a left-turn and starts riding towards our filmer. Unfortunately it seems he didn't prepare well for this turn as when he starts cruising towards our filmer, it seems he cut off another moped rider who was actually travelling straight ahead down the road at a high speed. This resulted in a fairly brutal high-speed crash between the two moped riders. In this scenario the left-turning rider would be at fault since the moped travelling straight forward would've had right of way therefore he should've waited for him to pass first.
