A liquor warehouse was burnt down in a huge fire in eastern China.

Dramatic video shot in the city of Suqian in Jiangsu Province on December 1 shows thick smoke rising into the air and a warehouse containing hundreds of boxes of Chinese liquor engulfed in massive flames.

The 8-metre-high warehouse was seen collapsing in the huge fire.

Eleven fire engines and 51 firemen were deployed to the site to extinguish the fire.

The main burning substance was 300 boxes of Chinese liquor.

The fire was put out at 7 pm and no one was injured.

The video was provided by local media with permission.
