FLASH FLOOD: Beginning of a monsoon flash flood at the Santa Cruz river
This footage was captured of the build-up to a monsoon flash flood at the Santa Cruz river. The rain started south of downtown Tucson and began to build a stream that was heading north at about 5mph until it would eventually meet up at Rillito river.
