Trail of fire follows burning car leaking petrol on road in China
A trail of fire followed a burning car that was leaking petrol on a road in southern China.
Dramatic video filmed in the city of Maoming in Guangdong Province on March 22 shows a car driving along leaving a 10-metre-long trail of burning petrol.
Two fire engines and 12 firefighters were on site to extinguish the flames.
The motorist escaped from the car before the firefighters arrived. He and nearby people also used extinguishers to try to put out the fire but it flared up again.
Firefighters then used a water hose to put out the fire after around 10 minutes.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
