Shocked motorcycle riders on a road trip found shanty houses dangerously built on a steep slope in the Philippines.
Footage shows the wooden huts balancing precariously on stilts by the edge of a mountain road in Teresa, Rizal province on April 4.
Traveller Edgar Velasco said he felt scared for the villagers living in the houses but was amazed at the same time with their creativity.
He said: 'I wondered how they built those houses. I felt scared for the villagers at first, but then I was amazed. They felt sturdy if you come inside.'
The small community was built on the land several decades ago and has remained there ever since. Residents survive on fish caught in a nearby river and earnings from hand-to-mouth jobs selling food.
