Extractor fan collapses in restaurant kitchen in China
An extractor fan collapsed in a kitchen due to the weight of the water vapour in eastern China.
Video filmed in the city of Jinan in Shandong Province on August 19 shows a man named Du working in the kitchen of his own shop hearing some abnormal noise and looking up to check.
The extractor fan ducting suddenly fell down and the sewage flew all over the floor.
According to Du, the ducting was distorted, broken and collapsed due to the water vapour that was accumulated in it.
Fortunately, Du was not injured.
