A snake catcher is seen casually removing a venomous cobra from a resident's home in Sanodha, Madhya Pradesh.

Akeel Baba was called after a family found the serpent slithering around some pipes in their home on September 19.

Footage filmed by Sarju Patel shows Baba picking up the snake with his bare hands and dragging it out of the house where a crowd of locals were watching.

A cobra wreaked havoc among family members when it strayed inside a house in central India's Madhya Pradesh.

The incident took place in Sanodha village of Sagar district on September 19.

Visuals showed the snake catcher trying to find the reptile that was hiding between the pipes. After a few seconds, he finally got hold of it. He brought it out to the other room and started to tame it while the reptile slithered on the ground.

He held the upper part of the snake with one hand and tail with another.

According to reports, Akeel Baba, the snake catcher, caught the snake that was sitting near the agricultural pipes inside the room. As soon as the cobra was caught, it hissed in anger which shocked the people present at the spot.

The rescuer said that this five-feet-long snake is a very poisonous one.
