A flash flood in Jembrana, Bali, Indonesia, brought inter-island supply vehicle mobility between Bali and Java islands to a halt.
On Sunday evening, October 16, 2022, the Tukad Biluk Poh river in Jembrana, Bali, Indonesia, washed away by the materials of trees and mud from the mountains. This obstructed a bridge that crossed the river, resulting in water overflowing into nearby residential areas. As a result, there has been a complete stoppage of traffic for several kilometers on the Denpasar-Gilimanuk axis leading to the island of Java.
Since the rainfall increasing for the last few days caused some disaster happened in all over Bali island; and slides, and flood, flashloods. So far 6 casualties registered by local authorities.
