Woman makes British boyfriend toothpaste and soap sandwich in devious prank

An American woman has left TikTok users in stitches after giving her British boyfriend a rather unusual snack – a toothpaste sandwich.

Alex Murphy, 34, originally from Boston, lives with partner Paul Klein, 30, in London, and regularly shares funny insights into their relationship.

In a bid to crack up her 763,000 followers, the TV presenter and former Dancing on Ice star decided to pull a prank on Paul and made him a very special sandwich – featuring toothpaste and soap.

In the clip, Alex starts by grabbing two pieces of toasted bread, spreading one side with pesto and the other with tomato sauce.

She then uses grabs a tube of Colgate Maximum White toothpaste and spreads it evenly on top of the pesto.

Alex can then be seen pouring some hot sauce onto the tomato side, followed by a good squeeze of hand soap.

She then adds some prosciutto ham and a slice of American-style cheese, making it look like a normal sandwich.

She says: "I've made you a sandwich here you go," and passes him the plate.

Paul appears grateful at first – but soon starts gagging after sampling the disgusting dish.

"Babe what's in that? What did you put in that? It tastes like cologne," he shouts as he runs into the bathroom.

The hilarious clip ends with Alex laughing hysterically and Paul gagging in the bathroom.

The video garnered 54,800 views as well as 3,600 likes and hundreds of comments from amused viewers.

One person commented: "This is hilarious, I will have to remember this combo for my husband."

Someone else joked: "Calm down Satan."

One fan said: "Hi don’t think you should put soap in it," followed by laughing emojis.

To which Alex joked back: "It was to clean out his filthy mouth."
