Woman narrowly escapes injury in terrifying trampoline accident

A young woman had a lucky escape after she slipped out of a bungee trampoline harness.

Natalie García was happy bouncing up and down and doing flips.

The activity instructors grabbed her feet and pulled her downwards making her go higher.

Footage shows her somersaulting through the air before she suddenly plummeted downwards head first.

Natalie's legs slipped out of the bungee straps that were keeping her safe.

Spectators rush to the woman who is left dangling with her head and neck towards the base of the trampoline.

Luckily, Natalie avoided serious injury after the freak accident in San Nicolás, Mexico.

"Many people asked me if I was scared but everything happened too quickly," Natalie said.

"Before I got on, I already had bad vibes about it but it was still shocking.

"Earlier that day before I got on, my friend told me 'With your luck, you will drop if you get on.

"When I turned around, I became loose.

"I don't know what would have happened if my left foot hadn't gotten stuck in the harness.

"It was exasperating because no one grabbed me and they left me bouncing headfirst.

"Thankfully, nothing happened to me other than a little sore foot the next day. seems fine."

She took to TikTok to share footage of the traumatic ordeal in a clip which has raked in over 68,000 views.
