Kaithal district level women's sports competition was organized by Women and Child Development Department at Surajmal Stadium in Kaithal. In this district level sports competition, the winners of the sports competition of all the sections of Kaithal district participated with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm in six sports events 100 meters, 300 meters, 400 meters race, chati race, potato race and five kilometer cycle race.Women and Child Project Officer Kamlesh Garg said that rural women's sports competitions are organized by the state government to bring women forward in sports and to keep women healthy. He said that sports not only lead to physical and mental development, but sports are also very important from the point of view of health.He said that the state government has launched several schemes to promote sports. In this competition, the first female player is given a hair prize, which is deposited by the department in the bank account of the winning female player. He told that the women players who are winners in the district level sports competition will participate in the state level competition.Women participating in Kaithal district level women's sports competition said that Haryana government has taken a very good decision by organizing women's sports competition. He said that earlier women used to be limited only to do chulha-chowka in their house, but now with the government organizing this type of sports competition, they are participating in it with great enthusiasm.He said that this sports competition inculcates the spirit of competition in them. He said that playing sports also benefits the health of women.
