On April 4th, 2023, @osiel_ivan_malagon a resident of a small town near the river, found a stray dog near the shore. According to the author, the dog looked dilapidated and disoriented, as if it had been hit by a car or suffered some other kind of trauma. @osiel_ivan_malagon, who is known in the community for his love of animals, decided to take the dog home and provide it with shelter, food, and water, as there were no open vet services in the area at the time.

The dog seemed to have no identification or collar. The author suspected that the dog might have been abandoned or lost for a long time, as it was thin, dirty, and had some cuts and bruises on its body.
