This is the heartwarming moment a kind customer fed a hungry stray dog outside a fast-food restaurant.

Mariquet Sanchez, 60, and her daughter Rica were inside a Jollibee outlet in Mindanao, the Philippines, when they noticed the canine quietly sitting by the doorway exit.

The pensioner decided to share her food with the pooch and even bought it another meal from a nearby eatery.

Footage captured by Rica shows Mariquet placing food next to the brown Aspin, who immediately tucked in on September 19.

In another clip, the elderly woman ordered a snack from a streetside cafeteria and set the dish down by the roadside for the animal.

Rica said: 'We saw the dog gazing at customers as they passed by, and my mother felt bad, so she bought it food. We couldn't just stand by and do nothing, because we're pet lovers ourselves.'
