While some are missing the food they had, others say they were touched by local people's warm hearts.

SOUNDBITE 1 (Turkish): ALI TEKIN, Wushu coach
"There was a halal restaurant for Muslims. There were Asian cuisine, European cuisine, and international cuisine. So everyone could find what they wanted."

SOUNDBITE 2 (Turkish): BERNA TUT, Wushu athlete
"The organization was of very high quality from our bedtimes to Games. We didn't have to do anything extra. We just had to concentrate on the competition."

SOUNDBITE 3 (Turkish): ALI TEKIN, Wushu coach
"The Chinese are warm people. In this sense, I have seen them very close to the Turkish people. You can see that they are happy to receive a guest."

SOUNDBITE 4 (Turkish): BERNA TUT, Wushu athlete
"We once went out with our friends in the pouring rain. A Chinese brother passing by gave us his umbrella and told us to keep it. I think it's very touching. He chose to get himself wet for us."

The 31st International University Sports Federation (FISU) Summer World University Games was held in Chengdu from July 28 to August 8.

A total of 6,500 athletes from 113 countries and regions have competed in 269 events across 18 sports during the Games.
