A local in Yardley, Pennsylvania, managed to capture the nail-biting moment a truck driver jumped from their vehicle just seconds before a train slammed into it.

Footage from September 21 shows the cement truck flipped on its side, covering the train tracks. The driver is seen leaping from the vehicle just moments before an oncoming train smashes into it.

The filmer said: "I was on my way to work in the dark and saw the truck flip on its side after we passed each other and the freight train was coming fast.

"I stopped my car and was running to help, but realized I wasn’t going to be able to do anything before the train hit. Luckily, the driver jumped out just in time!"

According to local reports, there were no injuries.
