French performance company Transe Express and its illuminated parade show Poupées Géantes (Giant Dolls) wows the crowds which packed the streets of Weymouth in Dorset, UK for the finale of the Dorset Inside Out Festival run by Active Performing Arts. The giant singing dolls were led through the streets of Weymouth by drumming legionnaires. The company Transe Express performs in outdoor spaces to meet the audience. The combination of theatre and music is used as a melting pot of spectacular sciences: visual arts, dance, fire, prowess’s…. Shock creations which at times invest a stage, non-conventional spaces but principally the streets; intriguing the public in their everyday lives; unique adventures to transform a town or city, to create a memorable moment in time.
