Fitness enthusiast Kevin Clint Irizari can now babysit for his children and niece, seen in the video, while he exercises at home in Surigao Del Norte, the Philippines.
The resourceful dad uses the improvised gym apparatus to lift the children, who double as weights. He can finish his sets of lifts while also entertaining the little girl.
Kevin said: 'This is my DIY rope pull. It can take care of two tasks at the same time.'
