Firefighters managed to rescue a baby cobra that was hiding inside a motorbike at a government office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Footage from November 26 shows a rescue team inspecting the vehicle trying to locate the elusive snake.

Eventually, the small serpent was removed from the bike by firefighters.

People have parked their two-wheelers near the newly constructed entrance of the Coimbatore District Collectorate. A cobra about one and a half feet long has entered the two-wheeler of one of them. Seeing this, the people nearby informed the fire department as they did not know who the owner of the vehicle was


Later, when the fire department arrived there and saw the parts of the vehicle apart, it was found that the snake was hiding under the seat. After this, the fire department managed to catch the snake.
