A woman filmed herself playing with a handful of gallbladder stones after she had them surgically removed.

Bizarre phone footage captured Ms Wang, 29, from Chongqing, China, fiddling with the nearly two dozen gallstones.

The stones, a deep yellow colour with shades of green and black, could be heard jiggling in her palm as she tossed them around with her fingers

According to Ms Wang, doctors removed a total of 24 of the stones from her gallbladder during a recent operation.

One was sent for lab testing and two broken stones were discarded, leaving Ms Wang with 21 in her possession.

Wang admitted that occasionally, she likes to take the stones out to play with, saying she finds them 'very shiny and interesting'.

In another video, she revealed she keeps them inside a small black frame with a clear inside area as somewhat of a decorative keepsake.
