A motorcycle helmet cleaning machine impressed riders when it was installed at a petrol station in Bangkok, Thailand.

Footage shows the unusual vending machine called Sweet Sun Helmet Sterilizing Dyer Machine being tried by a motorist who stopped over at the Bangchak Gas Station on March 13.

After paying 20 baht (0.43 GBP) into the machine in cash or via online QR code payment, the Sweet Sun will begin the six-step cleaning process.

It starts with pressure dry washing followed by dry cleaning sterilization, UV sterilization, ozone cleaning, high-temperature drying, and lastly, adding fragrance.

The owner said the machine was introduced to her by a friend from China to test and seeing it made customers curious, she plans on installing more at malls such as Samyan Mitrtown and Siam Paragon.
