Porsche catches fire on Chinese highway
This is the moment a Porsche caught fire on a Chinese highway.
The sports car was seen engulfed in flames at the center of a road in Chongqing, China, on February 19.
The car owner Ms Luo explained to authorities that her second-hand car was bought one year ago. She was driving normally when the gas pedal suddenly failed and started emitting smoke.
Firefighters swiftly arrived at the scene, using professional firefighting equipment to contain the fire. After intense efforts, the fire was finally extinguished, but the Porsche was left as a heap of scrap metal.
However, Ms Luo was not affected by such an accident. She calmly took a final video of her car as a souvenir and said that since it could not be undone, she might as well stay in a good mood.
