This nearly 3-minute-long, unedited video shows the full length of a massive customer service queue that stretches around the corner and out of sight in Terminal A of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The hundreds of tired and frustrated passengers tried to rebook their flights that had been either delayed or canceled due to severe storms throughout Texas and were especially intense in the American Airlines hub of Dallas. Many had dealt with multiple delays, cancellations, rebookings, and gate changes.
