Stairs are built outside a tall building in China
Shocking video has emerged from China of stairs being built outside a 19-storey building from ground to roof.
The footage, filmed in Zhengzhou, Henan Province on Wednesday, shows there are stairs from ground to roof outside a tall building.
Accroding to local news, these stairs are used as fire engine access. When the fire engine access inside the building is blocked by heaby smog, these stairs can be used to escape.
