A peregrine falcon rescued by police perched on their car after two days, seemingly to say thank you.

The feathered animal was saved by officers and released on July 5, before it was spotted returning to the police station again on July 7 in Sichuan China.

Footage shows the smart bird sitting on the front of the patrol car outside Daguan Police Station.

It did not resist when an officer took it on his arm to give a tour of the officer. They affectionately named it Little Cutie and fed before it left before evening.
