Info from Licensor: "This flight was completely full with passengers who had waited through hours of delays and in my case, a rebook from a cancellation. So many people got all the way on the plane only to have it canceled because of no pilot, no crew, etc. We were so excited to have a pilot and crew and to actually be departing, then they announced there was a maintenance issue and we all braced ourselves for more delays and cancellations but this guy saved the day in less than 5 minutes and we took off on time!"
