In a dramatic rescue at Binjiang Park, two traffic police officers from Jianghua, Yongzhou, demonstrated exceptional bravery by saving a woman caught in the swift currents of a river. The incident unfolded when the officers, on routine patrol, spotted the woman clinging desperately to a riverbank barrier, her strength waning in the turbulent waters.

Without hesitation, the officers stripped down to their undergarments and leapt into the river. Battling the strong current, they managed to reach the woman after several attempts. With concerted effort, they secured her and pulled her to safety on the riverbank. Thanks to their timely intervention, the woman escaped unharmed.

The woman, who was learning to swim and had entered the river to cool off during the hot weather, found herself in peril due to recent rainfall that had raised the water level and increased its flow. She was swept away from a safe area to the riverbank's edge, where she struggled to hold on.
