United States: Good Hope Brush Fire Burning In Riverside County

On September 4, 2024, at 3:52 p.m., Cal Fire Riverside responded to the 20800 block of Gardenias Street in Good Hope. At the time of arrival, the fire was 15 acres of vegetation burning at a slow rate. Multiple air and ground resources were assigned. No injuries were reported.
Evacuation orders have been issued for the area. The fire is currently at 120 acres with zero percent containment. It is unknown if any structures have burned at this time.
A care and reception center has been established at Pinacate Middle School, located at 1990 S. A Street in Perris.
Animals can be dropped off at the San Jacinto Animal Shelter, located at 581 S. Grand Ave., in San Jacinto.
