Oklahoma City, United States - October 15, 2024

Members of Troop S from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol are currently engaged in a unique mission. This week, Troopers Scott Shropshire, Daniel Bassett, and Cody Willis are escorting a colossal oil refinery reactor out of Oklahoma. The reactor, which tips the scales at nearly half a million pounds, was loaded in Sand Springs and is en route to an out-of-state oil refinery.

This mammoth piece of industrial equipment requires special attention due to its size and weight, making the journey not just a matter of transportation but a significant safety operation.
