A make-up artist demonstrated how to draw realistic-looking fake wounds on the face using blush.

Footage shows Tong using a brush to put subtle red streaks on her cheeks in Bangkok, Thailand, on September 1.

She mixed some eyeshadow with glue to make the pretend injuries appear fresh and bleeding.

Tong said: 'That was how I do fake wounds. They were used as make-up effects for movies or costume parties.

'They are also great for Halloween.'
