Los Angeles, United States - November 02, 2024 11/02/2024 12:42 am (GMT-0700) PALMDALE, Calif. – At approximately 12:42 a.m., Los Angeles County firefighters, along with deputies from the Palmdale Sheriff's Station, responded to a traffic collision at the corner of Avenue S and 30th Street East in the city of Palmdale. Upon arrival, first responders discovered that a single vehicle had collided and knocked down an electrical pole with live wires. The vehicle caught fire, and the driver was transported to the hospital in unknown condition. Edison was dispatched to the scene for downed wires. As of 1:22 a.m., the car was still on fire, possibly due to the car's battery. However, that has not yet been confirmed.
