A cultural event organized by the TAG Confucius Institute in Jordan was held in Amman on Thursday, providing Chinese cultural experience activities for teachers and students.

"Alrai Schools adopts the international system, so we are keen to provide students with a good knowledge of other countries. And one of the most important of these countries is China. Therefore, coordination was made through the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute to hold a Chinese Day to introduce school students and their families to Chinese culture, food, education, and traditional clothing, so that our students have good information."

"Talal Abu-Ghazaleh (TAG) Confucius Institute is concerned with spreading the Chinese language and culture in Jordan. We were established in 2008 and we have organized several activities. This is one of the activities, which includes visiting schools, teaching about the Chinese language and civilization, teaching about Chinese characteristics, and practicing Chinese customs, such as Chinese clothing, using chopsticks, and writing names in Chinese."
