This is the heroic moment when four strangers join hands to save a fisherman stuck between rocks and crashing waves after accidentally falling into the sea while fishing.
Authorities said the rescue unfolded when the angler was swept up by a wave while retrieving his fishing rod from a beach in Shantou, Guangdong, China, on November 29.
Nearby strangers quickly banded together, pulling him back to safety from the cliffside.
One of the rescuers, Mr Chen, fell into the sea during the rescue but managed to save himself.
Undeterred, he immediately returned to help, only realising later that his arm had been dislocated.
