Los Angeles, United States - December 11, 2024 12/11/2024 08:40 am (GMT-0800) STEVENSON RANCH, Calif. – A body was found inside a crashed sedan in a Walmart parking lot in the 25400 block of The Old Road shortly after 8:40 a.m. The situation unfolded as a traffic collision investigation involving a silver older model Toyota Camry at about 8:30 a.m., according to California Highway Patrol traffic incident logs. The car had come to rest on a planter after colliding with the curb. CHP officers broke the driver's side window to gain access to the motorist inside. The driver, who was found unresponsive and unconscious, was pronounced dead at the scene. The California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies are working to determine who has jurisdiction over the scene as of 10:20 a.m.
