US: Snow and Slush Slow Traffic in Cottonwood Canyons Amid Ongoing Storm
United States - December 15, 2024 Cottonwood Canyons, UT – Road conditions in the Cottonwood Canyons have been challenging as a winter storm continues to impact the region. As of December 15, the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) reported wet conditions in the lower sections of SR-210, with slush and light snow accumulating on the mid- to upper portions of the canyon. Most of the snowfall is concentrated above Lisa Falls (MP 6), near popular resorts. Slush has made for slick downhill lanes, while uphill traffic remains slow but steady as drivers navigate the snowy conditions.
