Recently, at Mount Hua in Huayin, Shaanxi Province, a tourist, Mr. Meng, captured a stunning sight: a goat walking effortlessly along a sheer cliff thousands of meters high.

Mr. Meng described the experience as unbelievable. The area he observed was approximately 1,600 metres above sea level, with extremely steep cliffs at an angle of over 70 degrees.

It turns out this was no ordinary goat but a "Huashan Takin," a species unique to Mount Hua. These takins are known for their agile physique and powerful limbs, making them adept at navigating steep mountain slopes. Their hooves are specially adapted with anti-slip structures, allowing them to traverse and even run across treacherous terrain with ease.

Mount Hua is famous for its perilous landscape, with steep cliffs and sheer precipices. While such an environment would be perilous for most animals, it is the natural habitat of the Huashan Takin. Having lived there for thousands of years, they have evolved to thrive in these extreme conditions, confidently walking and even sprinting along the cliffs.
