San Bernardino, United States - January 25, 2025 A dramatic theft pursuit on January 25 ended with a crash and two arrests, including a female driver and a male passenger, both wanted on no-bail warrants. Around 5:30 p.m., officers responded to a theft in progress at a business in the Colonies. As they arrived, they spotted the suspect vehicle leaving the area and initiated a stop near the Campus Avenue Fire Station. The vehicle briefly pulled over, let out a male passenger, then sped off, triggering a pursuit. As the chase continued, @sbcsdaviation provided aerial support. The pursuit ended near Campus Avenue and 8th Street when the driver lost control, struck a curb, and rolled the vehicle onto its side. Officers managed to extricate the female driver, who, like her passenger, had a no-bail warrant. Both face a series of new charges following the incident.
