A cute tuk-tuk covered in Hello Kitty stuffed toys was seen cruising along a road in Thailand.

Footage shows the fuschia pink three-wheeler travelling the streets of Bangkok on January 20.

Its walls had stickers, while the exterior was painted with a similar shade.

A garland of roses lined the roof, and the ceiling inside the passenger area also had Sanrio character toys glued.

Onlooker Prapassorn Thanompolkul, who was on a motorcycle on the other lane, said: 'It was so cute. Tourists will enjoy riding that tuk-tuk. It was already an attraction in itself.'

Hello Kitty is a fictional character created by the Japanese company Sanrio in 1974, designed by artist Yuko Shimizu. It has become one of Japanese pop culture's most iconic and enduring symbols.
